Basics Program:
$149 per month (Unlimited access to Basics Classes)
$99 per month (Endurance Only)

CrossFit Program:
$149 per month (Unlimited CrossFit classes and access to “Open Floor Hours” and Long Island Barbell Club classes)

Long Term Commitment Memberships

We offer a 3 month or 6 month commitment package. The monthly rates for these packages are substantially lower than the MONTH – MONTH memberships.

One-on-One Training

If you are new to CrossFit, a little rusty, or want to take your training to the next level (muscle-ups anyone?)

Full Hour Rates:
40 Sessions – 2700.00 (67.50per session)
24 Sessions – 1872.00 (78.00per session)
12 Sessions – 984.00 (82.00per session)
6 Sessions – 520.00 (86.60per session)
1 Session – 95.00

One-on-One Basics:
If you are unable to attend the regular Basics classes, one-on-one training is a great option!

(Includes 3, one-on-one sessions and your first month of membership)

DISCOUNTS

10% Off Membership for spouses/family members from same household
